We encouraged prospective customers to read the terms of use carefully. If you place an order with EuphoriumX Ltd., you agree that you:

1. Are at least 18 years old if in Europe or 21 years old if you are a U.S. resident.
2. Will use the site solely for commercial, personal, or educational purposes, maintaining discretion and avoid sharing your account details with anyone.
3. Do not intend to use the information available on this website to cause harm.
4. Will respectfully communicate with the team at EuphoriumX Ltd.
5. Are aware of the potential side effects of the products as well as their intent of use.

Related To Shipment

Please carefully read our shipment policy.

1. We use regular mail and airmail to ship items within the UK border and outside of the UK.
2. International shipments: After the package arrives in your country, we use land transport for delivery to your specified address.
3. It takes only up to 48 hours to dispatch your product within our regular working hours after the payment has been verified.
4. Our working hours are: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, no exceptions. We do not operate on weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, etc.
5. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3-4 working days nationally and 11 working days for all international shipments. Please refer to our  Delivery and Return policy .
6. Be proactive and reach out to customer support in the event that you do not receive your parcel within five working days. At times, the mail service provider can be the source of a delay. However, we can work through the issue together.
7. All parcels are tracked and may require a signature.
8. You will be notified when your delivery is dispatched via email. 
9. Keep in mind that the delivery dates depend on the mail service provider. Hence there might be some inconsistencies, and you may receive your deliveries with slight delays. We do not exercise any control over shipment speed.
10. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address. If, for any reason, an inaccurate address is provided with misspelled words, EuphoriumX Ltd. will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced parcels. There will be no refund or replacement issued.  

About Order Placement

1. Please read the complete ordering instructions prior to placing your order. 
2. Your order will not be activated until the payment is successfully processed. 
3. Adding items to your basket does not guarantee they will be reserved, as you must complete your order checkout.
4. Shipments may be delayed due to technical issues faced by your courier. Please take note of your tracking number to locate your parcel. 
5. You can find all the details about your order history, including its status, via your website account.
6. If you mistakenly order items and fail to promptly notify us, we will be unable to amend the order.

At that time, you can provide a detailed description along with images or videos if applicable, and we are prepared to help you as best we can.  
• If one of our products triggers an allergic reaction, promptly consult a medical authority. Prior to purchase, you may find it useful to consult the list of ingredients in each product you’re interested in. We make it a point to ensure that the product packaging includes a list of all the ingredients for this very reason.

We will, under no circumstances, release our customers’ personal information. Please ensure that you are up to date on the jurisdictional legality of the products you wish to purchase.
