Please note that delivery costs can vary depending on your location. And your expected delivery time also depends on the destination of the package.
Delivery within the UK is completed within 3-4 working days, while international deliveries can take up to 11 working days with the cost depending on the location.
Expect the delivery in working days. It's also prudent to mention that we don't take any responsibility for the delays in deliveries due to the process of delivery companies.

Policy For Order Changes
We strive hard to ensure that you get your goods promptly without any unnecessary delays from our end. Therefore, we don't take long to process the placed orders.

Keep in mind that some goods cannot be returned. These include food items and personal care products.
Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect the package to fulfil our criteria. We will then notify you about the package being received via email. After our inspection is complete, we will let you know whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will begin the process of crediting the amount back to you.

You can request an exchange of the item if the one you received is defective or damaged with photographic proof as an evidence. Email us about the same and parcel your package to the given address in the same packaging that you received along with the proof of your purchase, and you will get the exchange soon enough.
While returning the product, make sure you have mentioned the correct address. You have to cover the postage costs of the returns on your own. We will not be refunding this amount. The cost of shipping is deducted from your refund amount.

Policy Regarding Damage During Shipment

Our services are spread across multiple countries. The prices for products, shipping, and handling that we have outlined do not include the duty tax of your country. We only charge for the transportation of the products.
