Delivery & Returns


Customer satisfaction is our priority. We advise all customers to review our firm’s delivery and returns policy to ensure the most pleasant customer experience possible.

Please note that we do not accept returned items with any signs of damage or tampering. If your item is found to have evidence of tampering, we reserve the right to refuse the order with no option for a return or refund.

Our Delivery Policy

Please note that delivery costs vary depending on location. Your expected delivery time varies based on the destination.

Delivery within the UK is completed within 3-4 working days. International deliveries may take up to 11 working days, and the cost will be reflected based on the proximity to your delivery. 

Expect delivery during the work week. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll be notified via email or SMS. Please keep track of your orders to avoid unnecessary delays.  

If you require further assistance, our customer support is always available. Simply send us an email and we’ll return your message straight away.

Policy For Order Changes

We do our best to ensure that you receive your orders promptly, avoiding any unnecessary delays. Once an order is placed, it is quickly processed.

If you’d like to amend your order after it has gone through, you can call us or contact our customer support service. However, once a parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate your request. At that point, if you’d like to request a return, it’s possible to do so. Please consult our returns policy for all of the details.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority. If, for whatever reason, you are less than satisfied with your order, we provide hassle-free returns. For a full refund, please commence the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

Ensure that the items you wish to return are unopened, unused, and that there are no signs of tampering. Please return the items in their original packaging and submit the receipt as proof of purchase. You may use the services of a courier or post office to mail the package to us. We strongly advise using services that offer a tracking number, which you can email to us as well. Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email. You can expect to see a credit to your method of payment if your return is accepted. Please allow a period of 3-4 days [MOU1]to ensure your credit card company is able to process the refund. If you do not see the credit, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Note that no refund will be issued if these provisions are not adhered to. Certain goods cannot be returned, such as food items and personal care products. Also, note that items on sale cannot be returned.

Customers can request an exchange under limited circumstances, including if the item is defective or damaged during transit. Please email us the pertinent information including photographic evidence, as well as an accurate address, and a proof of purchase receipt. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returns. The cost of shipping is deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that the ETA of your replacement item is determined by your location. Using a postal service that offers a tracking number is the best way to have peace of mind, while purchasing insurance for the shipped package is an additional option.

Policy Regarding Damage During Shipment

We do all that we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our offerings. With our  high standards, we ensure that no product leaves our facility without proper scrutiny. We advise that you check your items upon arrival to identify damage that may have occurred during shipping.

You will have up to 48 hours to report any shipping-related product damage to us. Please email us with detailed information as well as photographs of the item within this window of time. At that point, we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.

A Note For International Customers

We ship internationally, and duty taxes are not included in the prices of our products. It is advised for customers to check with their local Customs Offices regarding the fees required for their orders.  

Additionally, customers must ensure that the items they purchase are permitted as per the import policy of their state. Customs may seize your package, and at that point, it is out of our purview.
